 the  woman, the goddess, the  dancer, performs at  festivals, fairs, restaurants and social events around  the S. F. Bay Area.

She is the director /choreographer for her troups

Sadiyah is dancing with Dror Sinai  of

 " RHYTHM FUSION "

a very talented musician who played the  drum and sang.

Sadiyah:

 My experience with belly dance has been spiritual and empowering.  Being able to shake and undulate my body, has enabled me to purge my distress, frustrations, and pure unhappiness.

 As I let the music move thru my body, my heart, & my soul, I feel joy, love and lightness bubble up from inside of me.

Now I am the happiest woman,  goddess, dancer.

This is such an incredible dance.  I stand in front of the mirror and watch myself move. That is powerful.  

I have been dancing for 11 years. When I first started, I couldn't stand to look at myself in the mirror. I would look at the floor, the teacher, other dancers. Anywhere, but at me!

Over a period of time, (and a lot of practice) I was able to isolate, and shake, and move. Now I want to watch myself

I look good!!!  

That is empowering !!!!!!!!

I now look at myself in the mirror with love. I enjoy the woman, the goddess, the dancer I see. And I tell her  how much I love and like her.
